Death is Defining — Don’t Pretend It Isn’t

“It is better to enter a house of mourning than a house of feasting, since death is the end of every man, and the living should take this to heart.” Ecclesiastes 7:2 (photo taken by my husband, Michael)

So is it just me or a millennial parent thing where I just don’t send the child to school if I don’t want to? My daughter knows what a mental health day is. She doesn’t miss school, don’t get it twisted. But she is healthy as an ox and I use that to my advantage. If spending quality time with your children is an advantage. I just thought it is how it should be.
